School staircase (CHN)

The day before I saw this photograph (the word picture is a depreciation) by Bob Israel, I took the one you see above, and you really must see Bob's one. His staircase leads to heaven, mine to a diploma, for it's taken in our school where I teach. It's the first one of a series of three or four. The diploma is the light, attracting the students, but not ending the stairs. I think it's a nice contrast with Bob's photograph.
