When visiting the zoo I shot this beautiful koi from a bridge. In my hurry to shoot the fish I forgot to take my camera belt out of sight. Also I forgot that I myself would also be on the picture, reflected in the moving water, with a bit deformed head. Taking fast pictures isn't my thing but sometimes the luck is with me...
Thank you for visiting my p-blog and leaving your comment and advice!

@ColNed Pictures: Bedankt, het was meer geluk dan wijsheid, ik keek niet eens hoe de foto was geworden tot ik hem op de computer zag en dacht: zo gek nog niet.
very well done!

@mat: Thanks Mat, I will recommend everybody to click on your name above and see you, this is true quality! All photogalleries will go bankrupt with so many excellent photos on the Internet, a pity for them but alas!
Cool shot. Sometimes those lucky ones are the best of all.

@Evie: Thanks, Evie, I agree! Sometimes I press without being aware and get a picture of the pavement or some random grass or whatever, some of them are worthwhile.
The orange of the fish is great and the reflection is wonderful. This photo has a lot of very cool elements in it. :)
Nice.

@Shrig: Thanks! It was more or less like a lucky catch, photographers need that from time to time to compensate for the many failures.
I think this is a very interesting picture - when I first saw it I thought there was a statue and the koi was flying through the air! - I like it a lot

@Art Monkey: LOL! That would be too much honour for me - still living and already a statue, one with a flying fish in front of it :-):-):-) - thanks for your comment.
ha, I like this interesting compositon a lot. Taking fast pictures isn't my thing too. I have lots of photos with camera bet in sight. It happens when I'm too fascinated from the motiv.
