September Landscape

If you compare with the previous one you can notice the difference in light and colors. Both pictures have only slightly been processed (as most of my pictures)

Assignment: can you notice where West and East are on the picture?

Good shot, nice colors !
I'd say West is on the left hand side : that would be the direction of the sea, and the origin of the winds blowing from it (the reason why trees aren't perfectly upright).
That is, of course, if I spotted your hometown correctly on a map.

@Stan Pulsar: You gave the right answer, thank you for your friendly comment! I wanted to say it in my "description" but I found it a bit "lecturing" so I decided to ask the watcher, but afterwards I think that's even more "lecturing" because I made it an "assignment" as if the watchers were students (I'm a lecturer you see:)

Goede middag M. Erik, I was going to say the same as Stan but I would have one more reason, that is you have the sun at your back and it's fairly high in the sky, so it must be around midday.
