In our country we say: "The R is in the month", and everybody knows what that means: from September to April it's the time to enjoy mussels. Yerseke is a small town but big in mussels, I took this picture a few years ago when we were in Zeeland at the other side of our little country (4.5 hours driving from here). As you can see it's low tide.

Mmmm...Mussels. Sounds great. Now I'm hungry.
I like this photo very much. With the tide being so low one can see what's going on under all the water.
