@Rebecca: Thank you, Rebecca, the place before the tower is only a couple of months old; there used to be a parking lot so from this angle one saw the tower with dozens of cars before it, now the cars are underground in a newly built parking garage. I admire the courage of the city authorities and the construction company, that they dared dig such a hole in the ground threatening the tower to fall!
