Grass escaped from the mowing madness is turning yellow...
This is the 2nd picture in a series of 8.
A series of pictures in this time of the year of the area surrounding our villageHurdegaryp. You can also see pictures on my other blog.
This area is partly covered with rugged marsh- and reed land, in Frisian language: "reidlân".
Thank you for visiting my p-blog and leaving your comment and advice!

Wow, I really like how you can see the noticeable difference between the green and brown. It really presents a great dichotomy of life and decay. Great shot.

@e.: Thank you e., I also found this picture very special. Sunny weather isn't always good "photo weather", in a cloudy and a bit misty day like this these colors are extra emphasised, that's what I find.
Nice shot, great composition.

@ColNed Pictures: Tige tank, ColNed! Fryslân boppe:)
Interesting how the colors are parallel to the riverbank. P.S.: I'll be away till Nov.18 with no internet access, so I won't be able to visit your blog, but of course the granby.aminus3 blog will be running normally, also my friends from our blog will try to take over some of the communications.
