Reedland (Reidlân) Series IV

@e.: Thanks, e. A colleague told me that he when he was a child they were used for naughty things by setting fire on them, after which they develop heavy smoke for an hour or so. I associated this misbehavior with the name we gave these as children: "cigars". I told him we used shoelaces for the same purpose before the teacher would enter the classroom. I'm a bit ashamed that I don't know what plant species it actually is: maybe a specific kind of reed? I will continue searching.
