De Oxerhof #5 - finishing touch

@eddy: Thanks eddy, we don't cut trees if it's not needed, we have to ask permission to the local government and this time we had permission. I agree that cutting trees is one of the dangers threatening our earth, especially in tropical rainforests, but people are often more greedy than animals. Rich people want to get richer and poor people want to have money for their daily bread. Animals just take what they need, and no more.

@Steven: Thanks Steven, a pity that the picture isn't too sharp, but if you count the year rings you have an idea of the tree's age.

@Wolfgang Prigge: Thanks Wolfgang, you saw (saw?) it too, this was what I also noticed after the shot.

@HorseRotorVator: LOL! You are right, and this is the truth: The man you see is a high school teacher, having followed a training course in forestry, including how to deal with a chainsaw: only he was allowed to work with it. But I really worked a lot too, carrying branches and cleaning the grass from debris caused by the felling. The tree behind him is a monument indeed, it's a "plane tree" (platana hybrida).
