Hotel School #2: Quail's Eggs Being Prepared

Interesting info about raising quails.

As you can see the broken and shelled eggs have been put together in a container, and the lady-chef gets the eggs (sticking together) one by one out of it, which requires a lot of practice.

She has a Dutch flag sign on her coat to indicate that she speaks Dutch, non-Dutch students wear English flag signs. The education language is English.

Don't be afraid, the pan and eggs will not drop from the counter, I just wanted to have the young lady, the pan and the original eggs on the same picture :)

@the lightwriter: Ik denk dat-ie in een ernstig conflict komt tussen petje en eten als hij hierbij zou zijn, OF (en dat is waarschijnlijker) hij heeft een giga-gebeurtenis want hij krijgt een pet (wordt hem nooit geweigerd) PLUS kwarteleitjes. Of hij het gerecht dat overmorgen wordt getoond ook lekker vindt, is de vraag.

@Steven: Thanks Steven, like I said the POV originated from necessity, I only could get everything on the picture if I tilted the camera, so it's more a technical than a creative matter, maybe it's kind of serenditpity :)

@Rabbit: Hi, Rabbit! These are very small eggs so make sure that if you want to do it this way the eggs will not be too big :)
